CROSSBAR DIMITY
A dimity cloth with cords in the weft as well as the warp. It is woven on check looms when thick cord yarn is used. The fabric illustrated is made with 116 ends and 76 picks per inch, 60's T., 100's W. The weft cords have six picks together of 100's in one shed
